Our Chef’s mission first and foremost is to serve only the freshest and healthiest dishes. Our seafood is imported directly from Greece, Spain, Portugal and Hawaii. In addition to special arrangements with local independent fisherman who meet only the highest standards. Some of the special dishes you can sample are Greek peasant salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and Dodonis Feta or Maine Diver Sea Scallops, wrapped in kataifi filo with sheep’s milk, butter and Kalamata balsamic reduction. Other seafood specialties we offer include, langoustines from New Zealand, king shrimp from West Africa and octopus from Portugal.
